Return Eligibility:

  1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Used filters and consumables.
  • Customized or special-order items.

Return Process:

Refund Method:

  • Payments made via credit/debit cards or UPI will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
